End User License Agreement

Some Rules (What Not To Do)

To keep things fair and protect the software, please don't:

• Modify, copy, take apart, or try to reverse engineer the software.
• Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or give the software away.
• Use the software commercially or for anyone else's benefit.
• Remove any copyright or ownership notices from the software.
• Use the software to break any laws or regulations.

License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the SimCortex AI Assistant on a single machine for up to 14 days in a free trial, and then using your unique license key after the trial period. This license is tied to one machine at a time and is for your own recreational purposes.

What You Can Do

You can install and use the software on the machine associated with your license key, make backup copies, and share the software with others (though they'll need their own license key to use it). If you want to transfer your license to another machine, just contact [email protected] and we'll help you out.

What You Cannot Do

You can't use your license key on multiple machines simultaneously, modify or create derivative works from the software, reverse engineer it (except as permitted by law), remove any copyright notices, or use it for commercial purposes.

Ownership

Just a reminder: We (and our partners) own the software and all the rights associated with it. Buying this software gives you the license to use it as described here, but it doesn't transfer ownership to you.

Updates and Support

We might provide updates, new features, or technical support from time to time, but we aren't obligated to. We also reserve the right to change or discontinue the software at any time without notice.

Feedback & Data

If you give us feedback or suggestions about the software, you agree that we can use it freely to improve our products without owing you anything. To help us make the software better, it might collect some anonymous data about how it's used (like performance or diagnostic info). By using the software, you're okay with this.

Ending This Agreement

This agreement starts when you accept it and continues until ended. You can end it anytime by stopping use and deleting all copies of the software. We can also end it anytime if needed (e.g., if you violate these terms). If the agreement ends, you must stop using the software immediately and cease using your license key.

Important: No Warranties (Read This!)

We provide this software "AS IS." That means we don't make any promises or guarantees about it. We disclaim all warranties, including whether it's fit for a specific purpose or will work perfectly without errors. Use it at your own discretion. (However, under Australian Consumer Law, you have certain consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.)

Limitation of Our Liability

We (and our partners) won't be liable for any indirect damages (like data loss or interruption to your game time) related to using this software. Our total liability to you for any issues related to this software will not exceed the amount you paid for it. This applies to the fullest extent the law allows.

Your Responsibility

If your use of the software violates this agreement, infringes someone else's rights, or breaks the law, and that causes legal issues or costs for us, you agree to cover those costs (including reasonable attorney fees).

Some Final Legal Points

• Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
• Disputes: Any legal disputes related to this agreement will be handled in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
• Severability: If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid, the rest of the agreement will still apply.
• Entire Agreement: This document contains the whole agreement between you and us regarding the software.
