This Refund Policy governs your use of our once-off purchase product, the SimCortex AI Assistant (the "Product").

Definitions

"Product" refers to the Company's once-off purchase product, SimCortex AI Assistant. "Purchase" refers to the one-time payment for perpetual access to the Product.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds for the Product are applicable only within the first 14 days of your purchase. This is the "cooling-off" period in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If you are unsatisfied with the Product for any reason during this period, you may request a full refund. If the initial 14-day period has passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, you must contact us at [email protected] with your order information. Upon confirming your order details and the issue, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days and are credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Refund Exceptions

While we strive to be as fair as possible, there are certain scenarios where we are unable to provide a refund:

  • If you have violated our Terms of Service
  • If you have used the Product extensively and made use of it for its intended purpose during the cooling-off period.

We may update our Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Refund Policy on this page. Your continued use of the Product after such changes will constitute acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated policy.
