Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs your use of our subscription-based service for our product, the SimCortex AI Assistant for DCS (the "Service").

Definitions

"Service(s)" refers to the Company's subscription-based product, SimCortex AI Assistant for DCS. "Subscription" refers to the right to use the Service for a period of time.

Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

Your Subscription to the Service will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period, unless you cancel your Subscription before the end of the current subscription period. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds for the Service are applicable only within the first 14 days of the initial purchase of the Subscription. This is the "cooling-off" period in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If you are unsatisfied with the Service for any reason during this period, you may request a full refund. If the initial 14-day period has passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, you must contact us at support@simcortex.com with your order information. Upon confirming your order details and the issue, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days and are credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Refund Exceptions

While we strive to be as fair as possible, there are certain scenarios where we are unable to provide a refund:

  • If you have violated our Terms of Service
  • If you have used the Service extensively and made use of it for its intended purpose during the cooling-off period.

We may update our Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Refund Policy on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes will constitute acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated policy.
